Hetrick's Tire & Auto Service

They lied. They failed rotors and pads on a vehicle with a few thousand miles. Failed the rear pads for thickness that are 7mm thick. They didn't even check them. Said my vehicle I drive everyday sat too long, even though they did last years inspection and it was fine. A relative that's a mechanic pulled everything and found it was a lie. I've been telling others about this scam so they don't come here. It's hard to find an honest mechanic I suppose.

This place is amazing. They have a nice seating area outside, and great people doing their work diligently. I will be regular for sure

Great service, My heat shield needed reattached, car was finished in a very short time. Staff is very helpful and reasonable pricing.

Exceptional staff and service!! As a young woman with a hybrid, I found the experience to be extremely safe, easy, and comprehensive. I will continue to drive across town for this place!

This place is awesome, had to bring my explorer in right before inspection and had to change it same day. I was pain in butt, they were so accommodating and fitted me in to another day that worked for me, wife just got screw in tire and it’s actually two of them, they patched it and didn’t charge me at all!!! There are more details with my inspection but they have been so honest and helpful, I will not take my car anywhere else, loyalty when it’s deserved and this place has been great
