Broadway Auto Parts & Service

I was recently referred to Broadway Auto as a trusted source for vehicle repairs and maintenance, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that recommendation. From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and dedication to customer service were immediately evident. The team took excellent care of my vehicle, clearly explaining the issues, walking me through the repair process, and ensuring everything was handled with honesty and transparency. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier technical expertise with genuine care for its customers, but Broadway Auto absolutely delivers on both fronts. If you're looking for a place that treats your car as if it were their own, this is it…

Got an inspection, emissions, and oil change done here a couple days ago. Wonderful down-to-earth people who value honesty instead of gouging their customers. Trustworthy. And better pricing than jiffy lube. The entire experience was so smooth and easy, from scheduling an appointment to paying AFTER the work was done. They have a consistent flow of loyal customers, and they can still squeeze you in within a week, or maybe even the same day. P.S. the location is also great. Bring your laptop and you can still do remote work at any nearby coffee shop

My family has been using Broadway for years! Quality service for reasonable prices. Mr. Matt is always kind and tries to get your car to the shop for an appointment as soon as humanly possible after you call. If you need anything done to your car I would recommend going to Broadway

Best mechanics on the east end. These guys are super friendly, very skilled, and always provide fair, speedy service. I've been going to them for years and have only ever had exceptional customer service, reasonable prices, and an overall great experience. It's best to call ahead for things like inspections and emissions, but they are always quick and able to accommodate the unexpected repair issues and flat tires that are a bit more time sensitive. 10000% would recommend

I had to have my car inspected and break pads replaced. The technicians were so kind, quick, and gave a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend!
