Caliber Collision

My car was stolen, and from the moment it was towed to Caliber Collision, the team was incredibly transparent. Ron clearly explained all the necessary repairs along with the associated costs, so I always knew what to expect. It was a pleasure working with Ron — he was very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process. He kept me updated at every step and always took the time to answer my questions with patience and clarity. Ron genuinely cared about getting my car back to me in the best condition possible. The repairs were completed on time, and my car looked as good as new. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing relia…

Had some minor damage in a fender bender that I got taken care of at Caliber. They made it super easy to get done and, even when there was a related issue that popped up about a month later (tail light damage from the accident that was missed during the initial repair), they worked with the insurance company to make sure I paid nothing out of pocket. Special shout out to Tim, who was my point of contact throughout the process. Tim is one of the kindest, positive, and helpful people I have encountered in any situation when it comes to customer service, and made sure everything was taken care of correctly and as quickly as possible!

They did a great job on my truck and completed it ahead of schedule! The staff there is so kind and kept me up to date with all the repairs going on with my vehicle. The repair work looks absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repairs!

Great service, clear and honest pricing. I'm very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend. Their customer service, from handling my rental to detailing my car before they returned it, absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Ronald made my experience awesome. I was hit and I needed a rental. Enterprise picked up the rental from the shop. Ron contacted me to update me on my car and took time to explain what was repaired and to mark what was involved in the accident. I would gladly recommend them. This process was smooth and they were so kind and transparent.
