Engine light came on Honda pilot. Took car here. Got a simple and believable diagnosis and paid them 300 for a fix. When I picked it up the light never came off like nothing was done. Tried to take car back after not even going 1 block off their lot and was reassured it wouldn’t make funny engine sounds and needed to be driven for 20 miles to clear out to fully fix it. The engine light was never off, the reason for my car being there… So I try driving it and not even 15 miles based off their advice and my engine is now destroyed, the same day (7/18/25) right after when I was reassured this would not happen and denied trying to take the car back because it seemed like the fix was never done.…

Went there to ta brake job, got in a discrepancy with manager & the little African -dude that works there? Purposely broke my brake master cylinder! I guess because me & his master had words!

Went here to have a seized up caliper, replaced, everything seemed okay when I left, but then heard a really loud clanking noise coming from the same area that they just worked on. Stopped at another local mechanic, and i stayed in the garage as they took it apart. Where the noise was coming from. The caliper was missing two bolts and was just moving around and grinding on my wheel. Not happy at all! Yes, I did call and no answer. The original appointment I waited and spoke with tony and adam.

Adam helped my daughter out of a jamb She is in school in Pittsburgh and I am not in the area. Very respectful and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Thank you !

I was greeted by Adam. I took to him at first until he did not hear my concerns. He insisted that I needed a part that I didn't need. He has had my car since 2 Wednesday ago. And has not fixed anything. And he wants to charge me for not doing what I asked him to do. They are not a company I would refer to anyone at all. As he will not give me my car back and charging me for what I didn't ask for,force me to get it, and the car still doesn't work with his idea of price gorging.
