We bought a 2009 Honda civic from Pons Auto. The whole experience was pleasant. They were easy to schedule with. We had a few things come up that prevented me from getting there for an appointment and they were very understanding and rescheduled. They even put the car up so we could see the structure underneath. I've never had any dealer offer that! They were honest and answered all my questiins. These guys are professional. The car was a smart purchase. We have decided to use them for future services that any of our vehicles need. We're happy that we discovered this place.

A1 🚗 experience!! My son smelled gas, and we thought our van had a leak, and I wanted to fix it right away. Pons returned my missed calls, then called back and squeezed me in...awesome 👍! Justin listened, troubleshooted, and had great "bedside manners," especially when there was no leak found, lol🤷‍♂️. Other places may have had an attitude and charged me a lot anyway. His honesty is appreciated, and, instead, Pons has gained a new customer👍...thank you!!

Justin and Josh run a wonderful business and I'm so grateful to have found them! They are more professional than any dealer or auto chain I have been to and have super affordable prices for the high quality work they do. They are clear about work that needs to be done and the cost for each component. They also work fast and can fit me in when needed. Will continue to use for all my auto care/maintenance!

I had hit 100,000 miles on my Chevy, got the notification that the timing belt needed replaced, there was also an issue where I kept losing coolant and it seemed to be common among my vehicle since it used plastic parts and they did what appeared to be a thourough job on the install. I took it to Pons based on convenience of being a greenfield shop and having solid reviews. I dropped it off and the techs showed me the parts they pulled from the vehicle and how warped/deformed they were which sent home the message how a decade of driving affects your vehicle.
